placement of MCE notation on IEP’s

I know that we are all used to the placement of the MCE’s notation on the PLEP A page of the IEP in the accommodations section (middle of that page). However, it seems incorrect to have a “modification” notation on the accommodations section. Do any of you have a problem with me putting the MCE notation in the section below the accommodations which says “Check the necessary instructional modification(s) and describe how such modification(s) will be made”?
